Rocco’s Tacos never fails to impress me. This was the first Rocco’s I’ve dined in since I moved to Florida. I’ve been to the one in Delray Beach and West Palm Beach and the service and food has been consistently good. It’s always packed because well, it’s just that good. On the weekend nights, you could be waiting up to an hour and a half for a table.The food: a few of my favorites are the nachos and the chicken and beef hard tacos. Of course the table side guacamole, chips, and fresh salsa. They make the guacamole right in front of you, what a great and unique concept. This marketing scheme will definitely keep bringing patrons back.The drinks: their margaritas are always on point. It’s not too tart and it’s just perfect. My new favorite is the mango chili drink. It’s so tangy and flavorful.I will continually come back because I’ve always had a good experience here. They open late on Saturdays too, 3 am!
