Happening hip burger joint on a great street with lots of great restaurants. Good innovative cocktails and pretty large bottle beer list. They only have a few draught beers. The sweet Caroline burger was a big hit. The veggie burger was just ok.
I went to ROK BRGR while on a short visit to Ft. Lauderdale. I had the Fat Elvis with peanut butter, pepper smoked bacon, strawberry jam, and sweet potato fries. You cannot go wrong with anything covered in peanut butter and bacon in my eye. The burger was quite expensive but nothing out of the ordinary for Ft. Lauderdale.
Best Burger Ever. We took the water taxi to downtown and initially were going to only get an appetizer. We ordered dinner after all and the food and service were supreme! We ordered different burgers and all were the best we’ve ever had, truly.

Onion rings and fries are great. Burgers were ordered medium-well but came out well done …I enjoyed the taste of the Rok-burger, their signature but the other two burgers, simply cheeseburgers remained only half eaten due to being overcooked. The Buffalo wings had a decent taste. $60 for 4 drinks, 3 burgers and wings…a $12 Groupon for $20 worth of food really did not take the edge off these gourmet burgers.
Worst response to a complaint by a manager I have ever had. While the hostess was extremely nice and wanted to help out- no other member off the staff did, most of all the manager. The music was so loud during brunch (measured at 101 decibels) that it was painful to sit inside. DO NOT COME during this time if you value hearing or customer service. The manager wouldn’t move us outside but he did lower the music for a total of 3 minutes. Not helpful. The server’s exact words were I just work here. She was also unwilling to help us move outside. Our order was not correct- no surprise as I don’t know how she could have heard the order anyway. The burger was good- but not great. Horrible experience.
Home of the $15 burger. Low class crowd eating overpriced cheese burgers. No Thanks.
