Way too pricey for the experience!. This was our first time at Ruth’s Chris and our last. The valet and hostess were gracious. However, it was downhill from there. The booths were so uncomfortable, the ambiance was nothing to talk about, the waiter ignored us, and the food was just OK. Our waiter, an older gentleman, turned up his nose when we didn’t order cocktails and lost interest in us real quick. He never gave us the run down of the menu like the female waitress explained to the guests at the next table. Oh, and we had to ask for our coffee we ordered and then had to ask for cream. Oh, and the valet drove up in the wrong car. Too bad it wasn’t the Rolls Royce. lolI would prefer to spend this kind of money on places I know where the food that is outrageously delicious and where the service is the best.BTW… Why do these type of places allow people with shorts and flip flops in for dinner?

I’ve been to Ruth Chris in NY and this location and both are my favorite places on earth. I can’t wait for my next steak pilgramage.
I REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE…Great Food and Nice Staff. On Sunday night, which was my birthday, I decided to take myself out to dinner as a gift to me! I don’t have a boyfriend or husband at this time….but would like one, so I still wanted to treat myself for my big day.I was greeted by a really nice valet parking guy as I pulled up and he was very patient as I fiddled with my keys to give him just the car key before going into the restaurant.He held the door open for me as I entered the Steakhouse like a perfect gentleman. I love it! Chivalry is truly not dead and that is a blessing to me as I do respect a gentleman who is kind.As I entered the restaurant and went to the hostess, she called me by name because I made the reservation online about one hour earlier. It made me feel at home.Since the dining room was almost completely empty, I agreed that I would like to sit at the bar as there were other people having dinner in there as well. Again, they made me feel very comfortable.All I can say is the food is great there, the service is wonderful and the staff is very kind. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone for special occasions and for those who can afford to spend a little more on a great meal….eat there as often as you can.God bless you Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Thanks for making my birthday a great one.
