What are you after? Fresh sushi or inexpensive sushi? The flavored here are fresh and bright. Not inexpensive but worth the price which is much better than when that equation is reversed. My test? The hotate (scallop) in spicy mayo sauce. Often thee sauce hides old product. Try this one: its fresh and the sauce compliments the shellfish. Enjoy
Tamari Scallop ($15). The first dish we tackled was the Tamari Scallop wrapped scallops and minced crabmeat enveloped by paper-thin bigeye tuna and masago (fish roe) and served with aoli. These little packets of goodness brought nothing but pleasure to the mouth: the tuna tasted like if it was caught that same morning and the scallop inside soft and velvety. The aoli was a touch of genius as it enhanced the overall delicate flavorings of this dish. miamiculinarytours.com
Excellent food. Flavors intense. Just a little noisy
Im hungry just want to eat!!!. The menu was comfusing and i consider myself a smart person 🙁 I did not like how we could only order certain dishes on the menu. I did not like how everyone got to eat what i was ordering for myself. I went there thinking i was going to eat sushi…and ended up with a tiny tiny plate of chicken, Dissapointed. What i was forced to order was good. i was unhappy… Im VERY easy to please when i get to order what i like. bummer
Great Taste..Not Returning!. I had dinner tonight and here are my impressions:Hotel is a Wannabe Hotel W, just passing through the lobby noticed that housekeeping was lacking, heavy layer of dust on chandeliers and furniture. Food Was deliciousPortions are VERY smallPrices are Very Expensive ( $191 for three)Very Rushed server we had our complete dinner in 45 minutesServer needs more training, brought check without asking if we wanted desert, and never cleaned the table until I asked her.NOT going Back! Too many great alternatives in this town.
Too many mediocre restuarants like this one. Similar to Makoto.
Too expensive. I didn’t think this was much better than some other sushi places that are a lot less expensive. Unless you want sushi by the pool I don’t get it.
