Here is a gem of an Italian restaurant. Made to order food from fresh ingredients in true Italian tradition. The result is a vast selection of daily specials that will tax your memory as each is described in detail (without prices, of course). The most recent visit started with an appetizer of thin Italian sausage coiled on a bed of escarole. Then pappardelle pasta with shrimp in a white wine sauce lightly flavored with truffle oil. Next, fresh Bronzino was brought to the table after being cooked then returned to the kitchen for filleting. Add an extensive wine list with special emphasis on Italian wines, and you have a perfect dinner. There is a limited dessert selection to top it off along with coffee or espresso. You will finish happier even though your wallet will be lighter. Worth every dollar.
