Over priced vegan oil marsh. In the other restaurants of presumed high-quality we have tablecloths and linens. This seemed more fitting for a Denny’s. The food was reasonably flavorful, bit not tasty. In all fairness was quite oily, and in no way gives the impression of being healthful. The waiter give us the creeps as well, never taking no for an answer despite declining his offerings redundantly.The ravioli was recommended as the best dish in the house . It was ok, very greasy oily. Quite honestly, I’m able to buy frozen ravioli drop on some olive oil and have a better dish at home for one third the price, and I won’t need to disguise it with an over abundance of oil. The beet salad was a complete insult.It was a small plate of arugula with three skinny slices of pickled beets.In all it was a gross disappointment overpriced and certainly in no way was this a healthy meal.Finally we had heartburn all night long.In all, decor was very 1965 hotelThe service was poor,The food was over oiled and not delicious at all.
AMAZING!!!. I was skeptical at first when I got an invite to a vegan spot, but boy after I had their food, I was truly amazed, the ravioli is to die for, the portobello stack with Quinoa is amazing and a must try is the veggie lasagne! Gosh it’s a new fav spot for me, I definitely recommend it and to top it off the service is absolutely EXCELLENT! I’m so impressed!!!

Great place!. I have been to Sublime many times and having always had a wonderful experience. Great food and nice staff. Love the raviolis. Thank you for for your protection of animals as well.
Wish we would have found this place MUCH sooner on our trip! Generous portions, fantastic presentation, great taste, relaxing environment, AND the best wait staff in the area! (Ask for Bree!)
