Taco Fresh is exactly what Florida needs! It’s hard to find good Mexican here (I relocated from the West Coast.) I’ve been waiting for it to open, b/c I’ve been following their food truck around for some time. Some of my favorites are the Shrimp ATM taco, La Pirata, La Gringa & the 4th of July signature tacos. Also, the Cochinita Pibil quesadilla is to die for. Alex, the owner & chef is from Monterrey, Mexico and he’s brought true Mexican authenticity to FL. The reason why I like coming to the restaurant is that they have a few things on the menu here they don’t have on the truck and it’s a comfortable place to come in and sit down… get out of the heat. Service is fast and friendly. VIVA TACO FRESH!!!
As much as I would like to review the food from this truck, I just couldn’t bring myself to wait any longer for my food. After waiting one hour I was told I was tenth in line. At that point the employee at least refunded my meal.
