A great old staple. We ate lunch at the bar. I ordered the wiener schnitzel with the mixed rice which was yellow and brown rice which was very good. $ 10.95 The schnitzel was very large piece great flavor it was really good. The other dish was the special from chalkboard outside. It was two meatloaf patties $11.95 that also came with one side. All was very good . The place has a small bar , & it has small rooms , around, charming . Very quaint. In the evening there is a salad bar .Back again 2/10/16 again ate at bar and again ordered the same dish so very good . New pics tho.

Ehh bland and boring I come her like 3 times a year because my family loves it. I personally enjoy old heidelberg on sr 84 more because it’s more relaxed and the food is wicked good I just went for the first time tonight and the lamb shank was heaven but you should try it and see if you like it.
Authentic German Food. Weiner Schnitzel is my main reason for going here. They have other German food along with German beers. The beers are served appropriately with the correct glass. The small rooms help reduce the amount of noise that can be generated by some of the large groups. The service is great as the staff are constantly checking on all of the customers. You don’t have to ask someone to find your waiter/waitress.
I went for dinner. Was not impressed. Ambiance and appitizer were the best things. Service was terrible (three waitress for one table?). Food was ok, way over priced. Took us over an hour .. hour and a half to get main course and you could tell it sat under the heat lamp for a while. Very disappointing.
