My previous review was a bit harsh. What I meant was the last 2 times I ate there I went outside to go to my car after I got my food and there were a group of people (different each time) that were saying really really dirty things and whistiling at attractive people and making unwanted comments toward them. I did not like it so I did not return. I love the food. What happened upsetted me. I go to other Tijuana Flat locations.
Decent food… Good price… Friendly service… Made a mistake but recovered nicely… I prefer my burrito joint w a self service soda machine! But free refills if u can get to someone. :).
It’s okay. It’s alright. I like the beef tacos, the sweet chili sauce, guac and queso. It’s not that great, but it’ll pass.
<3 hot sauce bar. It's always fresh, fast, and made correctly. The waitresses wear shorts as tiny as the music is terrible. It's my favorite quick dinner spo. I've never left hungry or disappointed. Their hot sauce bar is grand and plentiful.
Tacos, burritos and salsa. Good and cheap place that has a fun atmosphere. Worth a stop.
Friendly Service, Healthful Options. I’ve dined at this Tijuana Flats location regularly, and the service is always friendly and fast.The food is Tex/Mex counter-style with table delivery by servers. What’s nice is that you can customize your orders to be healthier by their portion sizes, options like wheat tortillas, and with specific condiments.On one occasion, our order wasn’t served correctly (the served delivered appetizer and entrees all at the same time), and the server was quick to apologize.During our meal, the manager dropped by our table to find out what happened, and he too apologized, and noticed that the kitchen erred on the order, and said that it shouldn’t have occurred.He later came back with a more than generous Gift Card with the hopes that we would come back and enjoy dinner another time.Being in the service industry I never demand anything when there’s a mistake, I simply state the problem diplomatically to servers in hopes it doesn’t happen to other customers. I never expect anything except an apology, and I have found that the manager’s actions went far above my expectations.
