Not impressed. I was really quite disappointed with this restaurant as I had been looking forward to going there since I first moved to Florida. I found the food to be average, yet overpriced, and my husband was dismayed at the portion sizes. If we’re sacrificing quality, then there better be quantity, but to sacrifice both and overpay?! To top it off, the waiter checked his tip in front of us before wishing us good night. The best part of the whole meal was the bread and hummus they hand out at the beginning. masterofmom.com

Disappointing / But to be fair. Informed the waiter that I was allergic to gluten/wheat and then ordered the grilled octopus and Greek Paella. The octopus arrived and was the best I have ever had anywhere, tasty and tender. When the Paella was served, the rice looked strange so I asked the waiter what it was, ORZO not OUZO. As orzo is a wheat pasta, it is toxic to my system. I told the waiter that unfortunately, I could not eat it. He didnt seem to know what to do; he eventually asked if I would like to order something else from the menu. I ordered the same thing but this time with rice. The Paella was good. But surprise! When the bill arrived, we were charged for the two plates of Paella ($30×2), plus the tax, plus an automatic 18% gratuity on the whole thing ($202.68). No sympathy here! We werent even offered a reduction. I understand it was partly my fault for mistaking orzo for ouzo but the waiter should have known that orzo is made of wheat. An expensive lunch!

SO GOOD. The pita and chicken tastes like they were cooked over open fire. Delicious, quick service, good location, decent wine list.

This is a really good Greek taverna. Everything on the menu is authentic. I lived in Greece for 3 years and ate at places like this daily. The octopus was the best I have had in the states. Pastitsio was perfectly spiced. This place is worth the trip.

Great food, too fast service. We had a great meal last night – the paella for two was excellant and reasonably priced at $60! Luckily we were there later so when the paella was brought out, the wine chiller and yet to be finished appetizers could be put on another table. I was planning on having the Shrimp Saganaki but that will have to wait till our next visit unless they have more great specials.
