Hidden out of the way and a gorgeous space. Hard to believe an award winning place was empty on a Sunday night! FYI they have many accolades and awards, seems to be all from the prior owner……Asked for a ceaser salad with shrimp, NEGATIVE we cannot add a protein to any salad unless we charge you a lot more. Lobster bisque was great, not the best ever as one reviewer said.Caprese salad had really ripe tomatoes and was over seasoned with oregano. What’s with all of the jarred spices used so wildly.Clam linguine arrived quickly, clams tasted a little bitter. Some of the pasta ends were burnt, and again the seasoning seemed off.I ordered the diver scallops 4, with risotto cakes and roasted carrots. I was asked how I liked the scallops cooked ( I have never been asked that) don’t know if that’s a true thing or not, but they seemed bitter. Two of the 4 risotto cakes were rock hard and burnt. The carrots did not appear roasted but pan boiled. The carrots were the highlight of the dinner.I found in other reviews that the establishment changed hands sometime in 2011 and I can only surmise that food is either hit or miss and for us it is a miss!We will never repeat.
