  No service!. My family and I stayed at the Diamondhead resort for Thanksgiving and decided to try the hotel restaurant Thanksgiving buffet. We had reservations for 6pm but we got there 15min early so they didn’t have a table ready, which was fine because then we could go to the lounge and have a cocktail and boy am I glad we did. Shortly after we were seated at a table, which wasn’t cleared and ready. After 5min the guy who seated us told we could go to buffet and that our waitress would come and take our drink orders. We went to the buffet the appetizer were good, so was the main course the desserts however were disappointing, very bland. After 20min our waitress had still not taken our drink orders but we had our drinks from the Lounge. The guy who seated us came over again and took our plates and said the waitress would come she when she was done with her current table. We never did see the waitress and ended up getting the bill from the guy who seated us. My family and I have traveled and eaten out a lot but never have I experienced not getting any service at all!!! Won’t be coming again.

  Disappointment. Went to this place for dinner on New Years Eve…Food was poor, and WAY OVER PRICED..Starter salads were puny and weak, fish dishes were bland and mushy…Not fresh fish! The steak was next to shoe leather…Save your hard earned cash, go to a local pub and get some better grub, I wish we had…

  Don’t believe the website. Went to Chloe’s Restaurant for their Prix Fixe menu on November 12, 2013 which is advertised on their website. We were told that the person seating us thought that ended on November 1st, Well, it is still on their website today, November 29th. Needless to say, we won’t be going there again if they can’t honor their own advertisements!

  The Riesling was nice though would have been better if the glasses had been chilled first. My order of Chloe’s salmon was very good. My guests both enjoyed their entrees (stuffed flounder and island mahi mahi). Overall the experience was pleasant and would consider dining here again.

  Groupon for 4. We purchased a Chloe’s groupon for 4 during our recent vacation to Fort Myers. The groupon included any entree on the menu, and a glass of house wine (merlot, cab, sav blanc, chardonnay). The service was wonderful, we had a lovely corner table with a gorgeous view of the beach and the sunset. Food was excellent, the fish was perfectly cooked. Our house glasses of wine were quite nice. We have the grouper and the snapper, both of which we enjoyed. For the price of the dinner, the food and the experience were unbeatable. Of note, the restaurant is in a hotel, not stand alone.

  First Syrah was bad…second order of cab was better. Food just had an odd combination of flavors for my grouper…risotto was good
