Stopped here on our way back home from a one-night visit to Ft Myers Beach. The Eggs Benedict was delicious, as was the blueberry compote on pancakes. Service was prompt, friendly. The prices were very reasonable. I’d definitely visit here again for breakfast. The only odd thing is the bathroom facilities are shared among the tenets in this small, slightly tucked away shopping center, so you have to exit the restaurant to use the bathroom (which were reasonably clean). Recommended.

Love the Pancake House. We live on Fort Myers Beach and often order pancakes from The Island Pancake house. It’s nice to have a morning off from cooking breakfast without spending a fortune. We always call and just run by to pick up our order, I don’t think we’ve ever had to wait more than 10-15 minutes from the time we call to the time we walk out the door with our food. Our family favorites are their Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Banana Nut Pancakes, and Scrambled Eggs with cheese. We bring our food home and each get a few of each pancake. YUM! We love this place, just remember to bring your cash :).

I love breakfast and am generally not very picky but overall we were very disappointed! Hash browns were sitting in a pool of grease. Omelet and scrambled eggs both undercooked. Pancakes were ok, nothing special. I would skip this place and eat at home!

Was alright, just fine ill go back.. I’m in my 40’s and this place kinda reminds me of a Mel’s diner tv show I used to watch as a kid. The food and service were fine. Prices were so reasonable. If I didn’t have cash on me there’s a bank so close with an ATM. My kids liked the pancakes. I had a standard blt. Was good. I’d go back.

This place is cash only yet you have no way to know until check out time. The food was not great. Bacon seemed like it came out of a refrigerator and heated to a slightly less cold temp. I would not go back.

Waitress slammed door on us when walking in, didn’t bother to hold it open for us. Servers were very grouchy, not pleasant. Food is mediocre

Our family of 4 — 2 adults, 2 kids — ordered breakfast at 9:30 and received the meal after 10 a.m. The restaurant does not have a large waitstaff so, if one person is out (as was the case the day we visited), the effect on service is dramatic. The food itself is OK.
