Good breakfast decent price, fast service. Satisfying but not # 1
Rude waitress seating us. We are locals from Estero, would visit every weekend for over a yr now. Surprisingly not very busy this am, several small booths available. Before we can even ask for one, the waitress was charging toward a table. I asked if we could have a booth and she gives us a nasty look, storms to a booth in a huff, throws the menus down, goes behind the counter complaining the entire time with the owner standing right there! He did nothing, said no apology to us. As a loyal customer, I am so hurt by this. At least sandy took good care of us. We will never go back, there are plenty of other options, that waitress with the black hair and glasses needs to go, but I’m assuming she’s family since you all put up with her attitude as usual. Not a good experience and sorry it will be our last as we always enjoyed the food.
First and Last Time!. This was our first time at Biggy’s and it will be our last. The place was virtually empty at 9:30 am, yet the young man who seated us was reluctant to give us a booth as we requested. (We were a party of 2. I understand booths require a minimum of 4 people at Lunch, but this was 9:30 in the morning and the two booths that were filled had two not four). He finally gave us a booth. A young woman took our order and after it was delivered that was the last we saw of her or any server. We were never offered a refill on coffee and completely ignored until our check was delivered, at which time the server asked how everything was. I told her it would have been nice if we had been offered a refill on coffee and she seemed surprised. She apologized, and proceeded to take the price of the coffee off the check. I told her I wasn’t concerned about the price of the coffee. There are far better places for breakfast.
The meatloaf was flavorless. Canned beef gravy tasteless. Restaurant is very dirty. Windowsills ,dust collected and rims and the chairs were very dusty
Great!. Good food, good prices, friendly service. A great local breakfast cafe. Try the hot chocolate!
