The Al Capone speak easy themed restaurant with a replica of his vault and death certificate was very cool! The pizza was great and our waiter Alex was top notch! Definitely add this place to your bucket list.
Stopped for a late night dinner and was incredibly impressed with the attentiveness of our waiter, Ehab. He made some great recommendations toward complimentary dressings for our salads. My husband and I both had the pasta with marinara and meatballs. The two large meatballs were moist and delicious. The outdoor seating is wonderful for people watching. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. Of all of the choices in this trendy Ft. Myers area, I’m glad we chose Capone’s!
Pretty cool ambience. A copy of al Capone death certificate in the men’s room which also has decor of a prison cell. We waited a bit for our beers. Lots of staff around but our beers were clearly visible sitting on the bar. We settled for something else than what we ordered. Pizza was tasty. Order the large if hungry.
Nice ambience, very average food!. Cool atmosphere but incredibly average food! Pizza was cold with soggy crust. Chicken wings were dry and tasted like they were reheated. If I make it back to Capones I will try the pasta or sandwiches but my expectations aren’t very high.
One of the nicest places to eat in downtown area. Food is great and service is excellent. Bad reviews came shortly after opening. I love going back. This place has gone down hill. I had a taste for pizza last night so I stopped in. The dining room was full and I told the manager Bill I could sit outside. After seating me with the menu, Bill walked back inside. After a while he walked across the street. When he returned, he talked with someone in front of my table. He said goodby and was told to enjoy his day off. He forgot to tell waitress I had not been waited on. After 20 minutes I complained to the hostess and was told he does that all the time. Food was good, waitress was great. Management has a hole in it.
Capones coal fired pizza is the place to be! First off the food is spectacular. Finally someone got it right. Homemade pizza and pasta. The spaghetti and meatballs delicious. The pizza sauce is tasty. All fresh ingredients, you can tell! Have four of five desserts to choose from. Chocolate moose was very good. Along with espresso with a sugar stick:) The restaurant is located right downtown next to the fords garage. Great location to walk around downtown after a bite. This place is fun. The staff is very fun and professional. And are dressed as flappers and gangsters. Very cool. Perfect place for couples or large groups. Great ambiance. Creative decor.
Krstabell. We had a very nice and filling dinner. 4 kids under 16 ,2 adults everyone happy. Our waiter Dustin handled everything we didn’t have to ask for anything. Very enjoyable evening for a new local spot. Thanks!
