Best bourbon chicken I’ve ever had!. This place has the absolute best bourbon chicken I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the rice isn’t that good. Doesn’t taste like the rice you get for a legitimate chinese restaurant. There are [or at least used to be] two chinese restaurants at the Edison Mall food court [side by side, the one on the left is the good the one]… and they both have the same kind of rice. It just doesn’t seem like the rice is cooked properly. It’s OK, just not as good as chinese take-out fried rice. I sometimes get the rice, and sometimes instead get the steamed vegetables which are good.I also recommend the Crab Rangoon if they are fresh. Very good. Egg rolls are OK, not bad, not that great.But I mainly go for the bourbon chicken. HUGE PORTION, I’m 180 lb man and get more than enough. I’ve had it at least 40 times in the past 10 years, and it never gets old.
