Very disappointing. From the reviews I expected to have a good meal, that was not the case. I went for lunch with a couple of my coworkers and all of our lunches left us feeling meh. Two of us had the shrimp dinner and one had the small fish sandwich and shared the soft crab sandwich. We also tried a number of the sides: the hush puppies, conch fritters, fried okra, and crab roll. All of the sides were overcooked, the conch fritters were probably the worst almost blackened. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

The hushpuppies were delish. Fries aaa just fries. They make their own sweet tea. Good not great. Over all a outstanding meal.Now chit chat. It is located in the old part of Fort Myers. It has been here for 40 + years. Its a fish market. Expect some flies. It is mostly to go. 1 table. No a/c. Not for the chic or foo foo designer nose in the air people. Just good down to earth food. I was told if you buy (frog legs or alligator) they will cook it for you. It not on the menu.So when in the need for salt of the earth real working folks food. You must come here. A great meal or sandwich awaits.

The Best!. This place is the absolute best place for fish sandwiches. For the price of a McDonald’s combo meal you get a very fresh fish sandwich with homemade tarter sauce, really yummy fries and a big sweet tea…the hush puppies and fried okra are excellent as well!
Excellent fish sandwich!!!!!. The fish sandwich shown here (pangasius) is 4 to 5 stars. we have also purchased fresh grouper, shrimp, pangasius, and snapper for cooking on the grill at home and have never had a bad product. it’s worth the drive for a fresh fish sandwich. you will never regret it.
GREAT whole in the wall. What a find at the real Farmers Market (Edison Avenue) in Ft Myers. Only seating is outside. You get huge portions for the money. Ordered two Pangasius small sandwiches with tarter sauce. Pangasius is a very mild fish and used to be called imitation Grouper until the Federal Government told the fish industry that you need to call it what it is. It was prepared to perfection and was incredible tastee. I believe this is one of the best buys in Ft Myers for a sea food lunch and place to purchase fresh seafood to take home. Need to get back here to try the Conch Fritters, Hushpuppies and Crab Rolls!
