Don’t ask to take away your $2.50 Iced Tea. I have had lunch at the Mc Gregor Cafe many times and today I was shocked at the fact that if I wanted to take away my remaining iced tea I would need to pay an additional $.25 for a cup! It isn’t like this place doesn’t already charge a premium! $10.95 for a salad and $2.50 for an iced tea. Last I knew Iced tea consisted of water and a few tea bags!!! Too bad they lost a customer over $.25. I guess I will get my iced tea @ McDonalds for $1.00 and my salad for $4.00

Food so-so. Service bad attitudes. I will take my business elsewhere.

I live right behind this place.. It takes me about 3 minutes to walk to this indoor/outdoor cafe’. On my days off i have been known to buy a paper from the box and have some coffee there. The service from what I’ve observed is not all that great, and i have never met the owners or seen them to know who they are. I have been here about 30 times a year since they reopened, if that tells you anything.Busy on church mornings. Dinner specials look pretty good, but I’ve only ate dinner here one time. They often have seafood on the menu. This is my little secret place to watch the sleepy macgregor traffic in the morning and read my paper. I suggest you do the same.

The food is good, yes, but the service/ restaurant owners are not welcoming and aren’t very friendly

Could very well be the best restaurant in the City of Fort Myers. Excellent food and superior service. Varied menu and all delicious.

Breakfast Under the Banyan Tree. If you haven’t tried the outside seating for a weekend breakfast, it is one of the most relaxing breakfasts you’ll ever enjoy. Food is GREAT!!
