McCarthy’s BBQ, Dr. MLK/Crawford. Ft. Myers.. Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.The Food. BBQ ribs & chicken. That is all they serve here. The ribs are the best around. U have mild sauce and spicy sauce.. Big and meaty. Oh yeah messy.I do find the hot sauce is a bit sour. They use jalapeo for heat.It is cash only no menu except on the wall and served in a foam container with white bread( to sop up the sauce).There are no set hours.They are open 7 days a week. They close when they run out.
