Great little find in Ft. Myers! Tacos were excellent, but I wish I had a little cheese with them. If you are looking for spice this may not be the right place for you, but they have plenty of salsa varieties that you can dress your dish with. Overall great place to stop and eat!
Horrible! In Pennsylvania, I have 2 Southwestern Mexican restaurants and we make everything from scratch. I was hoping to find something similar in Fort Myers, as I’ve recently moved to Florida. This place was really terrible. To start, they charge $5.99 for chips and queso. On the menu it says $2.99. But if you want the white queso instead of yellow they tack on an extra $3.00. When I got the queso I was thoroughly unimpressed. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I had to add salt just to be able to taste anything and still didn’t enjoy it.I ordered the pick 2 platter. Chicken enchilada and a beef taco. The rice that came with it was hard and seemed to have been sitting in a pressure cooker drying out. I didn’t even attempt the beans. I hate red enchilada sauce and asked to not have it, yet I got my enchilada smothered in it. For some reason I got 2 instead of 1. Nice gesture I guess, but I ordered what I ordered bc I knew how much food I wanted. The taco was really really bad. The meat is seasoned poorly and tasted old. It def wasn’t seasoned how taco meat should be. It needed to be drained or something too, because I picked it up and the bottom of the soft flour shell dropped out bc of how horrendously greasy it was. The grease continued to drip all over the plate. They put so much in the small shell that you can’t really wrap it to eat.The chips were thicker cut, and greasy.I could tell my cheese was put in a microwave.I absolutely will not be going back to this place. I heard decent things, so I gave it a shot. Not again.
