Variety and actual yummy food. GC has something for everyone. It offers mostly American with a heavy focus on Southern. It also offers a smaller section of Mexican, Chinese and Italian. I only wish I could have eaten more. I stuck with the Southern food because it’s something that’s impossible to find in my hometown. I loved both the okra dishes, the fried green tomato, fried chicken and popcorn shrimp. We concluded that the fresh steak sliders were the best thing. They were freshly grilled right in front of us. But the fajita grilled chicken was a close second. I also loved the banana pudding. We all loved it. Friendly staff, clean place. The only downfall was that some of the food was in weird areas. For instance the guacamole and candied pecans were both in the salad section. Overall, this is probably one of the best buffets I’ve ever been to. Everything was tasty and nothing tasted ‘off.’ I’ve been to ones that were infinitely worse (back home.) Wish they existed back home!
