Don’t waste your time. The place is lovely and clean but the food is overpriced and forgettable. I would rather buy something from a supermarket bakery (cheaper and tastier). :/
Loveable Little Cafe. The Sunrise City Cafe is a wonderful little eatery; every time I have been there I have experienced pleasant service and enjoyable baked goods. I enjoy a morning croissant and coffee there especially on Saturdays. I would most definitely recommend a visit.
The best bread ever!. I am a regular customer of Sunrise City Bakery who buys their multi-grain bread 3 or 4 at a time, freezing the backups so we never have to be without! Go early for the bread, because people like me grab whatever we can. Great desserts, sandwiches and cappuccino too!
LOVE this place!. Sunrise City Bakery is one of my favorite places to eat in town. The breads are out of this world! Before they opened their store in Fort Pierce, I used to drive down to Stuart just to get it. The desserts are also out of this world and it is THE best place to get a latte in town. The owner and the staff are friendly and always make new and returning visitors feel welcome. When my parents visited me from up north, they stopped in Sunrise every day I had to work they loved it so much. It’s unfortunate that Gray-C didn’t like her sandwich, but to debase the entire business because she chose something she wasn’t happy with? Ridiculous and shameful. Fort Pierce is fortunate to have new businesses like this and all the other options in the downtown area. When I first moved here six years ago there was no place to get lunch that didn’t automatically come with a side of fries.THANK YOU Sunrise City Bakery for your outstanding food and friendly staff. I’m sure I’ll see you soon!
DISGUSTING!. My boyfriend & I live above the bakery so we decided to go down for brunch one day. That was the worst mistake! I got a ham & cheese crossiant, and it was the most gross thing that I have ever consumed. My bread was two dquishy, they put it in the microwave for far too long. They melted cheese on top, which made a huge mess, my egg taasted worse than an egg mcmuffin & the only good part was the ham, and I had to smudh it in my napkin to get some of the abundent grease out. My sandwhich had more grease than a Whopper! My boyfriend got a turkey sandwhich with the hardest crust ever! I swear it must have been sitting out for a week! I advice that NO ONE ever goes t this bakery unless you like a mess, greasy food, & a stomach ache after. I ate one bite, and walked out. It is that bad!
Latte!. Good bread, fantastic latte’s. Best breeze for outside tables off the water downtown. I like the paninis but am not fond of most of the desserts.
