They have done some good upgrades since the reviews below. It has room to grow with regards to service, it the food is really very good. Again, I’m comparing it to what it used to be. I ate there twice in the past week so clearly it is good. I was staying in ocean village, so it’s very close and easy to walk home after a few drinks. You can eat if ur from the public and Uber can get there, so give it a try. We’ll go again next year to see if they’ve made further progress.

Not a fan. Have eaten Thanksgiving and Easter here. Thanksgiving was a plates lunch. No buffet. Who doesn’t want seconds on Thanksgiving? Easter was a buffet and left a lot to be desired. For the cost you would certainly expect better.

Come Hungry. Awesome Food, fantastic View, and terrific Staff! We had Tuna Appetizer and Shrimp Cocktail. For Dinner, Rack of Lamb for me, perfect Medium rare, and Filet Mignon definite Rare! Oh so Yummy, melting in our mouths. Oh yeah, and Happy Hour is Great!!! We will definitely be back!!!

A truly enjoyable evening. The view is what got me at first. Spectacular. The food – mouth watering. Now add in the exceptional service – and you have the makings of a really great night. Not one thing wrong with my food. It was all so good. I had mushrooms for an app., and the grouper for dinner. Cooked perfectly and the flavors were just delicious. Rarely do I have desert but was having such a good time that I went ahead and had the bread pudding. SO glad I did because it was just fantastic. My friends and I sat in the bar area and had the loveliest waitress, Toni. So helpful with choices and she made us feel like we were special guests. Every question we had (and there were plenty), she answered without giving us any attitude. We got the impression that she actually enjoyed her job. (I don’t see that very often in other restaurants). We’ll be back for sure and we’ll absolutely ask for Toni!!

Food was great! Service starting with the hostess not so much. Serious training is needed!

Okay- food was fantastic- such an upgrade from last year when I tried it BUT the service was HORRENDOUS! Starting from the hostess with the smell of last nights vodka & stale cigarettes on her breath that greets you for brunch kind of made my stomach turn. She pointed to a table for my party and myself to have (cool- since when is it seat yourself with a hostess on duty?) Then after that we were greeted (I guess you could call it that) by this typical diner style waitress named Suzanne who had no clue what she was doing. She forgot to tell us specials, wouldn’t let me order a drink until the rest of our party arrived (even though while I was in restroom my family had some drinks already) and forgot to give us the complimentary house made scones and muffins which would have been delicious if we weren’t already stuffed. Hands down- whoever is cooking the food is too qualified for a place like this. Beautiful view but drab decor. Tables look like concrete… Small… Weird ugly placemats and no table cloth and again- the service- terrible. Maybe it was her first day on the job? Definitely go for food but don’t get Suzanne!

Gourmet food at a fair price, beautiful view. Disregard the absurdly low rating. It doesn’t jive with the reviews based off of other websites either. The Inn offers reasonable gourmet food, overlooking the ocean, friendly relatively quick service with a relaxing nice atmosphere. If you’re staying at OV you should go once during your stay. The 18.99 3 course deal is unbeatable. It includes soup or salad, many choices for a main entree, beverage and dessert. My boyfriend had the cordon blue chicken and I had the sirloin. The food is very tasty and goes above and beyond. The portions are ‘gourmet’ as well. In that, they may be on the smaller side. It filled me up but my bf who is a bottomless pit could have eaten more. Very enjoyable.
