Rude manager named Jason. We were a party of three. ordered taco salad, burritos. the food was good. the waitress offered a 2for1 beer special. I was the only one to order a drink. I had 1 beer and 1/4 of the second beer. I didn’t want any more because I was driving. my sister finished the second one. when the bill came out, I was charged for 2 beers, not the 2 for 1 as offered. I asked for the manager, he said I was taking advantage of his great special and because my sister finished my beer I would have to pay for two beers. sharing is not allowed. he was very rude about the whole thing and I will not be going back there. I paid for the 2 for 1 special and what does it matter if my sister had a few sips. this is America….I will choose to eat at a nicer caf in the future.

False advertising. A coupon in yesterday’s paper offered 2 for 1 drinks ALL day and a 15% senior citizens discount. When we presented the coupon the manager stated that the 2 for 1 offer was only for draft beer even though there was no disclaimer in the coupon. And we had to have a Zepata’s card to get the senior discount; our drivers license was not acceptable. We will never go there again and will discourage our senior friends from doing the same

YUCK!. Was excited to return to eat after a great first experience. We arrived around 3:30PM for their lunch with soup. We were unsure what to order so it took us a few minutes. When the waiter brought our chips and salsa we asked for their hot salsa. The waiter returned and said they were out of it, we asked for bottles and he didn’t return with that either. We placed our orders. My husband ordered the burritos and I ordered enchiladas with verte sauce. When our order arrived at the table I asked where my food was. The waiter brought what looked like burritos with red sauce. I told him that that is not what I ordered and he said we are out of the green sauce. He asked if I wanted anything else and I said no. What could I do, send it back and get my new dish spit on or have him bring the same thing back and say they were out of everything else. The meal was awful! We asked were our lunch soup was and the waiter said he could warm up the old soup, but its old and you know… The waiter never returned to the table. When it was time for our check to arrive a little waitress brought it. We explained our disappointment between the two visits and she said she was sorry. She said she would take something off the price of the meals, but their manager was not there. So out of everything, no fresh soup, and no manager. I won’t go back. The food was simply disgusting, like it was pre-made and sat under a heat lamp for hours. So sad that we were charged full price for disgusting food and worse service.

Delicious, delightful staff, fair price.. I visit here every other week. Staff is friendly, efficient, pleasant, and attentive without standing over you. The food is delicious! Everything I have ordered off the menu tasted great, was attractive on the plate (but didn’t last long on the plate), was fresh, and priced fair. You get a lot of food for the price. It is worth a visit, or regular stop!

Delightful and Delicious. This was our first visit and we enjoyed it so much. The atmosphere is vibrant and quaint, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. Really good salsa, and very tender shredded beef. Drinks were 2 for 1. We loved it and will definitely go back again!

OKAY BUT NOT GREAT. I use to go to Zapata’s when it was in a blue house on US 1 just north of Walton Rd. and always loved the food. Then it moved and I lost track for a few years and discoveed it one day miles north of the original location. So when I saw a coupon for it, we had to go! They have a glassed in patio area that’s bright clean and welcoming. We both ordered ice tea and after much deliberation chose the Fiesta del Rey – for $13.99 It was Grilled chicken with shrimp, tomatoes, fire roasted onions and bell peppers, served burrito or chimichanga style. Topped with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. It was one of the few dishes that had BOTH sour cream AND guacamole. The plate was very hot and the food was good. However, I have had better. . The refried beans and rice were tasty. My Fiesta del Rey had 8 medium shrimp in the burrito. Ed was disappointed, he only had a total of four smaller ones in his burrito. My thought was they cooked it all together and didn’t make sure we each had an even amount. Ed and I both agreed they should bottle their salsa!!! We could have eaten that for a whole meal. We were glad we tried Zapata’s, however, without the coupon, (buy one get one free) not sure if we would eat there again since most items are ten dollars and higher. Would rather go to Chipotle’s where it is prepared in front of you,. For us it would not be worth driving the distance from Stuart area to eat there, since gas prices are so high. The do have a website and you can view the menu therehttp://zapatasreststlucie.com/
