This bakery. All I can say is that I had high hopes. I ordered a cake for my sons birthday, one cake for pics and one for the party. The communication was not good. I had sent pictures multiple times for someone to match the cake to his outfit. When I picked up the cake, the icing was cracked and the dots were all uneven and not even matching the outfit! I really hoped that it would turn out better. I ended up canceling the big cake order to prevent a disaster with that.

Very Disappointed. We ordered a cake for our daughters 21st. birthday and are very disappointed with what we got for the money we spent. We felt a local supermarket bakery would have done a better job. I would not do business with them again even though they did discount the cake. We were embarrassed to take this to the restaurant with us. If we had, had the time we would have done something different. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Poor Customer Service. This is the second time I have ordered from Adonna’s Bakery. The owner Serena is very rude and not accommodating to her customers. I tried to place an order on Tuesday morning and it took her till Thursday evening to get back to me. As soon as I told her I had a groupon that had not expired, she told me she couldn’t make anything and that I would just have to choose from what was made that day. If they don’t like helping with the groupons, then don’t sign up for them. Its my opinion that they serve the purpose of bringing in new clientale and I will not be inclined to do business with Adonna’s ever again.
Love it!. I love this bakery! They make the best Strawberry and REd Velvet cupcakes! Very moist and yummy! I also have been to Cupcakes by the Beach, and their cupcakes were dry, and way too sweet.. yes they are very pretty, but I prefer taste over looks.I recommend giving both places a try to see which one you like best!

Ordered cake for daughters bday while on vacation. Worst cake ever and $50.
