It’s Ok. Overall its a good experience but I have two issues. First they never keep up with cleaning when busy. Second the fresh made cones are hot and this only speeds up the melting process if the ice cream.
Wow does this place need to get their act together. Customer service isn’t what it use to be.
45 minute wait in the drive thru. Only 2 people working on a busy Sunday night!!!! The absolute worst. Big turn-off!!!!

Always busy!. It seems that every time I want a scoop of pralines n cream in a waffle cone (which is my all time favorite) EVERYONE else does too!!!! Maybe they don’t want the exact flavor that I do, but it seems that B & R is extremely busy. You may have to exercise your patience but as long as you love what you are after, you won’t mind the wait.
This is the largest Baskin-Robbins in the area, housing over 45 different flavors. Occasionally temporarily out of certain popular flavors, but the staff is usually very willing to help you come up with a substitute. That’s how I discovered my current off-beat favorite, White Chocolate Caramel Chunk Frozen Yogurt. Always smells delicious inside! Very inviting.
Oooh man! This is the place is the place where you ask for a flavor and they tell you they don’t have it. This could go on forever…I tasked for 4 different flavors and to no avail, they didn’t have them. 31 flavors my A.
