Horrible Service!. I have eaten at all the Korean restaurants in the area except for Kims. We went there expecting a good time. Service was the worse I have ever experienced. Its obvious the 2 waitresses think they own the place. They act as if you interrupted their day. They yell back and forth and ignore the customers. Food was good but you cant wait to leave the place. Horrible place to eat. I recommend Yongs. Not as nice dining area but the food is good and personable. Price is high at Kim’s but it is norm in Ft. Walton compared to larger cities. It costs $3 for small bowl of rice.
How come?. Each entree ( ordered by each person) is supposed to come with its own side dishes, right? I was disappointed with the small amount placed on those little plates and that I had to share.
Food is mediocre and the service is absolutely terrible. The staff is very impolite and rude. Yong’s or Korea House is a much better choice.

Poor service. I’d rather have great service and ok food any day. Here you get good food and horrible service with a staff that makes you feel less than worthy of anything around you… Please do not eat here! Stop to tell them to treat people better instead:)
The restaurant has a very nice and comfortable interior, there’s enough space between tables. Our waitress on the hand really didn’t show any care for our business. She left and assumed we all wanted waters and I had to catch her to let her know I wanted Tea before she poured the glasses. She literally dropped everything (food, utensils, drinks, etc) off and ran off without distributing them to the appropriate person. But not all of them were rude, we had a different lady come by that was nice enough to check on us and refill our drinks. The food was alright. The menu had the basic Korean cuisines, nothing that was eye-catching. Overall, not a good first-time experience there. We didn’t feel welcomed compared to other customers (not as though their service was any better) because we weren’t Korean asian.
