Worst service ever. I have gone to this sorry place for years and it seems like the service is getting terrible. I dont get the correct food I order. When I call in a carry out order it is always wrong and has to be corrected. if I put in a timed pickup it is never ready all u hear is it will be out soon. I am on my lunch break dont have the time to stand around waiting since your service sucks
Pretty good. Foods ok, could be better. country fried steak is my favorite but theres is way too breaded. felt like i was eating breading and gravy with no meat!! burgers and bbq are great and so is the fried chicken salad. steaks are ok, lots of fat! wish there were more options on the menu. convienent and affordable
I ordered the country fried steak and it comes with two sides, they have onion rings but they are not sides they only have them as appetizers so i asked if i could do onion rings instead of my two sides and they said no we cant do that, so i got them as an app and told her i didnt need my sides and she demanded i ordered two sides saying i had to so as much as i disliked being bullied by my waitress i ordered their fries and fried okra.The onion rings are amazing. The country fried steak was incredible the breading on it was still crispy and not soggy even though i was covered in white gravy, the gravy could use a little less pepper but it was still good my fries had a good crunch especially for crinckle cut and the fried okra was decent also ….i am to stuffed to breathe now. But i will say the cooks skills in southern cooking vastly make up for the horrible wait staff who only refilled our drinks once when she had a total of 3 tables to wait on. …i will say our food did arrive quickly and hot.
Fried Chicken. Had a fried chicken dinner this week and it was very good. Good sized portions and great fried chicken which was seasoned just right.
Worst Restaurant in FWB. The food not only tasted bad but looked as bad as it tasted.
Solid Choice. First choice of one of my associates for lunch. Our brides joined us, they both had the BBQ salad and we had the chicken fried steak lunch special.Both were good, service was solid, and the sweet tea was better than average. The chicken fried steak was better than I expected; the serving was a bit small and left me wanting more. We will add it to our list of go-to places at Uptown Station.
Disgusting. Stomach immediately started aching after dinner. I will never go back to Mary’s Kitchen. Beware 🙁
