German owned and operated! Chef Rainer is an examined German butcher and offers here his own Bratwurst recipe, locally made for us from Big Creek Farm. All recipe for sides and gravies have been forwarded from his Grandmother (Oma Babette) and Mother (Brigitte) down to him. Our Schnitzel are freshly hand cut and pounded each morning, then hand breaded and pan fried the moment you order them. It takes a moment but it is worth to wait. With our former location in Jesup, GA we were voted to be the 6th best German Restaurant in the Nation. We are proud to say that we serve REAL good GERMAN food. Come check us out! Seasonal changes to kitchen operation times. Kitchen will close nightly at 8:00 pm (last seating will be taken at 7:45 pm). This doesn't mean we going to kick you out then, of course you can stay, chat & drink in the dining area. We will be closed Thanksgiving! Thank you for your attention!
