These reviews ain’t lying.. what a mess. Messed up my order 4 times, caught them before leaving the 4th. Managers took my email, promised to send me a coupon for a free meal..Never got it, called the corporate office, was treated rudely by customer service, not only will I never go back in the FWB store. I will never go in any Zaxby’s ever again.. ever ever again…BTW, I used to love this place.
