A must !!!. Worth the drive
Quirky raw bar owned by a decided Gator Fan who never looked up or grunted when we walked in. Fortunately the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.Serve yourself from the cooler (sorry no fresh brewed ice tea) and keep a tally of your consumption on a provided tally sheet. We went for lunch on a weekday so we missed the music, etc.We had oysters on the half, peel and eat shrimp, baked oysters, gumbo and stuffed shrimp. On the half and baked were very good (can you say another dozen on the half please) as well as the shrimp. Gumbo was a bit lacking in solid ingredients but had a nice roux. The showstopper was the butter drenched crab stuffed shrimp simply outstanding.Worth the drive.
Fun & foodf. Noisy, rowdy, friendly atmosphere. Down home coastal Florida. Oysters. shrimp, beer. Yum. Even more fun for Gator fans.
Good nothin fancy. Gumbo very good flavor but why the dinky popcorn shrimp when local can be had. Raw oysters (local) good flavor but 1/4 size of Lousiana oysters. Smoked fish spread/dip a good change. Fun place and local bar.
Great. We loved the fact we could grab our owns drinks. Stuffed shrimp and baked oysters were both good.
Loved everything about it. Felt very welcome the moment we walked in the door. Very busy, but the staff was excellent and friendly. Food was amazing. Baked oysters, raw oysters, steamed shrimp, baked shrimp–we tried it and loved it. Great beer selection and reasonable prices. Live music was outside, so you could hear it but it wasn’t so loud you couldn’t talk to people at the table. Great experience and by far our favorite place to eat around the Cape.
Fresh, fresh, fresh Seafood!! Loved it
