STAVROS -FRUITLAND PARK. We have gone there many times over the last 4+ years . Its a good family place with great pizza and main courses . I don’t understand those snobs up in the villages and their complaints. They want $ 25 meals for $ 12.00 ! I order veal parm and request sauce on the side -Thats exactly what I get . Don’t expect a 5 star piece of meat for $ 6.95 please ! Last time we were there was with 14 people and we had the BEST service . Some people had the shrimp n pasta specials – excellent , others had LASAGNA — Excellent – etc etc . Wait staff is great . Cook time was reasonable – !!!! FIVE STARS FOR A GOOD REASONABLE PLACE Doesn’t look to impress you ith fancy surrondings – just good cooked food. AND REASONABLE COMPARED TO FANCY VILLAGES PLACES AT TWICE THE PRICE >
Went there tonight for the first time since I moved to The Villages over five years ago. This has got to be one of the worst restaurants. I have ever eaten in. Veal Parm consisted of frozen veal cutlets and the sauce was bland and tasteless. My fiances pizza tasted worse than the ones we used to get at the drive-in movies back in the 60’s. I’m not a food critic but if I was, I’d have to give this place about a -5 stars. Would not return there even if they paid me to come back!!
OUTSTANDING FOOD!. I frequent Stavro’s for take out at least once a week and decided it was time to spread the word. I have tried several dishes and Pizzas from Stavro’s and found the quality consitent! The value, the volume and the quality are FANTASTIC! THANK YOU STAVRO’S!

Stavro’s Pizza. Stavro’s in Fruitland Park has probably the BEST pizza we’ve had since we moved to FL. We eat there about 1 x month.
Fantastic!. I’ve eaten there many times, lunch and dinner. Great sandwiches, great pizza, great salads. The people are warm and friendly and give great service.
Wow! Was dying for a chicken Parm sub and the chicken came out without breading on it and with Meat sauce. Horrible! Sent it back and the owner came out and said that is the way people in Florida want it. She begged us to let her make a new one which came out just as bad. Breading this time but no cheese and meat sauce again! Who ever heard of meat sauce on a chicken parm sub? Aweful. Didn’t have any of their other food but I wouldn’t get a chicken parm if you are from up North and know what one should taste like!
