If youre a Gator sport fan, you will love the various ceiling murals at Adams Rib Co. (SW 13 Street, Gainesville, Florida) Breakfast starts at 7am (served until 10:45am) Monday-Saturday (closed Sundays). In addition to Fresh Eggs cooked your way! They offer choices in Pancakes & French Toast, Omelettes (my favorite is the Western omelette), Bagels, Fresh Baked Buttermilk Biscuits and Gravy, Sandwiches and A la Carte items. If you want to see Adams Rib Puttin the Ribs back in BBQ!, Check out their Lunch & Dinner menu items: Slow Smoked Chicken & Turkey, Beef, Pork, Bar-B-Q Ribs, and Burgers & Dogs. Other items, Carry-out, and Catering is available.
Excellent BBQ. Whenever we get into Gainesville, my wife and I have always stopped off at the original Adam’s Rib restaurant on North 13th Street to take home their brisket. We were really happy when we heard that they opened a second restaurant on South 13th Street with more seating. After the Tennessee game, we all went to the new location and were really pleased. Although it was packed, we didn’t have to wait long to get a seat. The food and service was great. I love their BBQ and have never had better beef brisket.
