Maybe it’s because I’m not a big Arby’s-goer, but I was thoroughly disappointed with this one. I ordered a roast beef, cheddar cheese sauce and bacon sandwich, with a side of fries and a Coke. The sandwich was slimy (including the bacon), and the fries were ice cold by the time I got to them. I believe the fry temperature is due to the fact that they run their air conditioner extremely high. I understand that working over a grill or in a kitchen is hot, but that’s the job…get used to it. Even with a hoody on, I was still freezing while I ate my disgusting meal. I will not return to this Arby’s and I hope this review saves someone out there, of their energy, money and time.
