Overrated. I am not sure what all the hype is about this place but Five Guys serves a better burger and fries. The whole speech about the meat being all natural would make sense if the hamburger was twice the size of the one I ordered. The fries were blah and paying about $13 for just me to eat will more than likely be my last time at any BurgerFi. The menu is way overpriced and there is no way the food costs are that high to justify a $6 hamburger.

I really liked the buns which tend to be tasteless and cheap at other burger places. Fries and onion rings were delicious. All in all a very friendly place with excellent food.
Service Sucks, food is okay. Place is run by college students, they need more spirit and maybe an adult to supervise their work. The setting is in a nice place tho.
Really Like It!. I just had a plain burger, and found it to be well seasoned, nicely charred, and full of flavor. Every element was well proportioned. Is it a little pricey, maybe, but it was so much better than the non-seasoned greasy things at five guys. There are also a lot of cool options here, and none of the obnoxious red tiled atmosphere of five guys. Love BurgerFi!
$10…just for the burger which was probably 1/4lb, Maybe a 1/3. A pretty bland beer selection but a wide selection of it. The fry topping ‘Parmesan and Herb’ was bland tasting. Odd dance themed music playing at all times, kind of loud sometimes which made ordering food bothersome. Overall an expensive hipster version of Five Guys but not nearly worth the price. All natural menu items probably cause the price hikes.
Go to Five Guys instead. Better food and atmosphere.
