Traveling between NC and Tampa. Stopped at archer rd chick fila for lunch with my family. It is the worst chick fila that we have come across. The restaurant dining room, rest rooms and play area were dirty, service was very slow and the food was not to par (soggy chicken and limp waffle fries). Next time we will go somewhere else.

I like the food like always, but what make this location my favorite is that there is an obvious difference in the quality of service from all other fast food. I go frequently and the employees are always smiling and courteous.
They’ve got it right. This was our first time at a Chick-fil-A and our family was very impressed. We had never been to a fast food restaurant with LIVE flowers on every table before. The staff was exceptional, and very friendly. When asked if they liked working there, one of the employees told us about how the manager throws baby showers, birthday parties, and even buys his employees theme park and movie tickets. You can tell that the restaurant is very family oriented, which is a refreshing change of pace from the normalcy of fast food restaurants.
