Delicious biscuits with fried chicken! My favorite ones are the sticky maple and the farmer (w apple sauce), one biscuit sandwich is enough to fill you up! All the employees are incredibly nice and want to help you out.

Very good food and friendly service. I went for breakfast and had the Five and Dime and it was excellent. Fried chicken, bacon, cheese, biscuit, fried egg and gravy. No complaints here.

Very good. I ordered The Five which is a biscuit, fried chicken breast, bacon, and cheddar cheese sandwich topped sausage gravy. My husband ordered the same and we got a side of Hashups. Those are home fries with ham, red and green peppers, grilled onions, mushrooms, and melted cheese. We order them without the mushrooms with no problem which shows the food is made to order. That was waaaaay too much food. The Hashups were a side dish, but big enough to be an entre. They also had almost as much ham as potatoes. The chicken sandwich was delicious. Biscuits can be heavy or doughy and these were neither. They were light and flaky, just like it said on the menu. The staff was friendly and fast. The place itself has an industrial feel, but it has high ceilings and lots of light. Blue grass music was playing in the background which is a nice touch.I grew up in the VERY RURAL south and often gas stations would also double as to-go restaurants with the owner just frying up food in the back. Maple Street made me feel nostalgic for those places, in a good way.

Great food, wonderful service. My favorite breakfast place in Gainesville, fl. Look to spend around $10 per person. You can go cheaper or more expensive but $10 will get your fix and a lot of food.

The place is very clean and an unique addition to the gainesville restaurant family. The food was delicious. The bacon is really yummy and all their chicken and biscuits are so good. I would say their eggs are not up to standards but everything else is to die for. I feel in love with their fried green tomatoes and quick service.
