Good Thai food. I’ve had better, but I’ve had much much worse. The service was great – friendly, attentive, and very fast (food arrived hot and quickly). The ‘medium’ was a nice level of heat on the panang, but mild on the kung pao. One of my favourite parts has to be that the lunch special (about $12) comes with pad thai (!) in addition to the standard soup and rice that goes with your curry. Tea was pricier than some places ($5) but was lovely loose leaf in a bodhum that served 6 good sized cups, so I was ok with it. Not mind blowing, but fresh, tasty, fast, and pretty authentic so we will return.
So glad we took a chance! Very tasty, classy and obviously family run. The garlic stir fry was the star with the Panang Curry a close second.
