Spark is Embers’ gastropub. The lounge is small but really beautiful. It makes me think of something straight out of Mad Men with a very upscale, retro vibe.The food was really good. The crab bisque was delectable, with big chunks of blue crab swimming in creamy goodness. I also really enjoyed the short-rib flatbread.The service was great. The waiter, Tek, was knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. It was my husband’s birthday and he was given a free bowl of mango sorbet.Spark is a perfect edition to Embers.
