The worst service I’ve ever had in Gainesville. I went here because of a picture of beef tataki (which was pretty good) posted by @keneatsgainsville. When we ordered my gf had a question about the chicken katsu. The waitress could not tell us the portion size or how it was prepared. The host had to chime in and clear up the confusion. My girlfriend didn’t get her food until 5 minutes after I finished eating. When she got her food we saw what was supposed to be Chicken Katsu it tasted warm and mushy like it was microwaved and costed 17 dollars. She took one bite and immediately complained and the waitress agrily told us they can’t take her meal off the bill. She stared at my gf and jokingly talked shit about us with the host who was located right behind us. The manager refused to see us and reluctantly took her meal off the bill. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed and hostile from a dining experience.
