Tempo Bistro To Go is a small take out "ToGo" lunch establishment that sources local and organic produce and products when in season and available. We partner with 5 or more local farms from October to June each year for our produce and local goodness. We daily prepare 2 scratchmade soups (typically vegan, GMO free and Gluten Free) and feature salad and sandwich creations for any dietary preference...from Vegan, Vegetarian, gluten intolerance and healthy fermented food products (local GMO free organic Tempeh, sauerkraut) to traditional deli meats (Boars Head and Lucky's) and house roasted chicken and bacon for nearly any customer's request. Everything is made to order so modifications are welcomed! Call ahead for a more efficient take out experience. Thank you for supporting our local network!
