UPDATE on previous review. To the credit of the owner of this establishment, she called me today and offered to square things up and provide my family with what we ordered yesterday. It’s fair to say that every business make mistakes, and really only truly fine places know the importance of keeping customers happy. Fratellis falls into this latter category. Their food is superb… And now I can say the same about their customer care!04 Mar, 2015Bad customer service. Dear FratellisThere are 150 homes in my neighborhood… they are nice affluent people in a gated community and they make up a decent percentage of your clientele.They will ALL be getting copies of this letter in their mailboxes and I intend on letting them all know they should order from NYPD, Sals, Carmellas, Dominos or ANY pizza place other than you. As Im sure youre aware, we all have a lot of choices regarding who we order our pizza from.Since whoever was responsible for expediting our order apparently cannot read English I hope that this letter is completely understood. Of the two pizzas we ordered last night, neither of them were correctly prepared. You put inedible toppings (like hot peppers on them) and you have chosen not to make good on your mistake, which tells me you do not care about customer service or good business practices. Your Manager (who sounds about 12 years old) Offered to give me $5 off my next order, is an insult which implies I will order from you again. Please accept this pile of uneaten and inedible pizza as a token of my telling you to eff-off in the nicest way possible. Grat place. Great food, great people, very fair prices. They do get busy at times. I have enjoyed this restaurant for years. The other day my order was not correct, wow they could not do enough for me. The order was remade quick and perfect. No hassle no excuses, just apologies and great care. This is the way a business that cares should operate. Try this location you will be very pleased.
