Don’t even bother going. The staff seemed to not care at and the food took an hour. While cooking staff had time for a smoke. Not worth my time.
This location gives IHOP a terrible name. Food and service absolutely disgusting!!! I would give it 0 if I could. All 3 of our entrees were wrong and waaaaay over cooked with no seasoning.
Dirty Water. What can I say, It’s IHOP. Food is average. I like that they have started adding some healthier options to their menu, but wish they included the calorie content of all their items. I also wish I could get water here to incorporate into my healthy diet, but twice now I’ve gone and the water has arrived at the table looking as though they’ve dumped pepper in it. Seriously, how gross. How often do they clean the water pitcher or whatever they get the water from? Am I gonna get sick?
The food at ihop is always great but this location was tiny with a ridiculously long wait and two hostesses that were beyond incompetent. There were 3 girls bussing tables and they were awesome but the two girls running the show were awful. The bathroom was nasty and the dining area was not pretty either.
Beats out Waffle House!. IHOP offers great flavor and the kids almost always eat free (sign up online). Never had a problem with length of wait or staff, always a great experience. Quiet atmosphere and appropriate for families.

Love IHOP but not this one. My first time at the Gulf Breeze was not good. They gave us an estimated time of 15 minutes but after 25 minutes we left. The right side of the facility was completely open but they didn’t think of opening it…they really should have being that it was packed.My husband and I decided to give it another try today…big mistake. First of all, after waiting in line to have our name taken down, the manager or supervisor completely skipped us and left after she took the people behind us name down. Once we were finally seated, the waitress was friendlier. I don’t know what was happening in the back but that same manager/supervisor came out visibly upset and began to throw dishes in the bin. I know her job must be stressful, but don’t let all the customer’s see your frustration…it was clearly unprofessional in her part. I love IHOP but next time my husband and I want to eat at an IHOP, we will drive to Ft. Walton
