We ate here recently for the first time and would highly reccomend and will definately be going back again, the server we had told wonderful stories of when he was a ski instructor to british kids, he was very attentive and funny. We had a wonderful choice of salad at the salad bar, as well as a fully stocked bar, we ordered a seafood platter which was big enough to split and it was wonderful cooked to perfection, we upgraded to the grouper and were very happy with the choice. I dont think my glass was ever empty our server was so attentive. The scallops were beautifully cooked, looking forward to trying the steak next trip.

Food was absolutely nothing special. Got the special and the only way it was served was fried. You know that when you are near the beach you expect good fresh seafood and that was not the case. Pretty sure it was all frozen food. Wouldn’t recommend

You should change the clothe. When we went into this restaurant we were directed to our seats by way of the gentleman at the register pointing his finger in the direction of the table he wanted us to sit at. The table covering was clothe and dirty with fresh food stains and crumbs. There was a couple sitting next to us and when they left the waitress removed the dishes. Immediately another group was directed the same table. As the group of 4 got to the table the waitress realized that there was food and crumbs on the table. She, using nothing more than her hands began wiping the food and crumbs onto the floor as she apologized to the people for the table, and then asked for their drink orders! I was shocked at this behavior. When I left I knew that I would never return.

If you are looking for fresh seafood this is the place. We travel all over the US and by far this is one of our favorite places to eat. 8-30-13 my husband had the grouper it was wonderful almost couldn’t hardly finish it. I had the snow crab the portion was huge for the price. It is a must for Port St Joe .

Great retro seafood house. RB’s is a throwback to the 60s or 70d. Old fashioned mon and pop seafood house. Lots of fried fish and shrimp. Old timely salad bad (iceberg lettuce, onions, shredded cheese, etc(with a world class German potato salad and a fabulous home made blue cheese dressing!)Fresh fish like you don’t find anymore…It comesoff the boat the day its served. The grilled grouper fantastic. The whole flounder (something that’s really rarely found) can either be fried or broiled. This is one of the best fish you can find.Arrive late and eat at the bar…you’ll get to visit and drink with the owner and the cook. When you leave you’ll feel like a regularCant say enough good things about this place.

I just ate there tonight and for a Thursday night it was pretty crowded. The service was so so. The drink glasses they give you are tiny and therefore don’t get around to giving you a refill when needed. Other than that the food was fantastic. I had the steak (medium) and shrimp. My girlfriend had crab fingers and broiled shrimp and it was all fantastic

Sad. I live in st. joe but didn’t live here when the original Butler’s restaurant was open. there was so much positive talk of Butlers that i really looked forward to visiting Ronnie B’s. It was hardly worth the cost. My boyfriend and i shared a captains platter, he had a tea, i had a water. Our bill was $40. Half the meal was cold and the other half tasted frozen. for the cost and hype i guess i just expected more.
