Great Catering. Island Flavors and Tings recently catered an event for me, and I was extremely pleased with the job they did! I had met the owner, Helena, at an outdoor festival. I liked her food, so I decided to meet with her to pick out a menu and quote me a price. At my event Island Flavors was on time, professional, had a very fair price, and my guests all gave good reviews of their food. Definitely recommended!

Terri. Just picked up a take-out order of Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken, Peas & Rice, fried plaintains and cabbage from Island Flavors and Tings. We took it home, nuzzled up on the sofa and ate until every morsel was gone. I had to pry the fork out of my husband’s fingers when he was finished eating. He didn’t want to face the fact that his plate was empty. I ordered four beef patties and ate two of them before I got to my house. Without question, those were the best Jamaican beef patties I have had in 25 years. Do yourself a favor and treat your tastebuds to a little Island Flavor. You won’t regret it.
Awesome food and catering. We love this place! I’ve used them for catering events as well and have never been dissappointed with either the food, the presentation or the staff. The hours are limited in the restaurant, but it’s worth scheduling on your calendar to make time for the jerk pork!
