No delivery on Monday. I visited once before. Just called to get Pizza delivery. I was rudly told they dont deliver on Mondays. Acted as if I should know that…none of the material i got in mail said no delivery on Mondays.Very rude to a phone guest..should be nice to people who call.
LOVE BIG TONYS!!. Best pizza in Florida! I have been going here for a number of years and never had an issue with the customer service or the food. I love their HUGE salads. The negative comments seem to be written by ex-employees with a grudge. Good Luck !
WORST SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN!. My husband called to place an order for delivery. The lady asked for his phone number (like always) and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. After an hour goes by my husband calls back and asks what was going on with the pizza and why it hasnt been delivered yet. The lady says with an attitude that they dont start delivering until 4pm. We have been ordering from there for 3 years and of course we did not know that because we have never ordered pizza from there during the day. So she then asks my husband if he was going to go in and pick the pizza up and my husband asked her back if the pizza’s were going to be remade or heated up the lady then says no, My husband was so irritated by this point that he said then no i will not be picking the pizza up. The lady then said to my husband you are no longer ALLOWED to order from here do not call back and hung up on him. Being very annoyed, my husband calls back and asks to speak to management. A man got on the phone and when my husband was explaining what had happened with the other employee (stating that she was being very rude) the man starts with an attitude and says that is my wife that your talking about. Let me just state the fact that my husband was being honest and did not call this woman any names or anything for this man to get offended the way he did. He also hung up on my husband. I will never order from them again. We would order from there at LEAST once a week. They lost a lot of customers because I AM going to be spreading the word around. Somebody else that values owning a business should be running that place instead of people who could care less about there customers.
Worst Ever. First time there, not good at all. The service was lousy and slow,the bottom of my pizza was burnt and it took almost 20 minutes to get my check. and There was only a max of 4 people there. NEVER GOING TO BIG TONY’S AGAIN…But the Corn Nuggets were good 😀

Should have took the reviews to heart. Terrible service, burnt pizza. I won’t be going back.
Good Pizza. Much better than the chains! Good value. Unhappy Lake Wales location closed 🙁
