By far the worst service in south Florida This restaurant is poorly run, they have an amateurish wait staff… And their manager is unprofessional at best. I don’t often review, but I had o after my horrible experience at this restaurant. I will never, ever return.

Greasy food & poor service. I decided to give Brio a second change. The first time I went there with 3 friends and some of the food was mediocre. I tried again tonight and was not pleased with my choice. The grilled salmon was greasy with 2 breaded tomatoes which were fat loaded plus the fries. Tuscan food is not supposed to be that way. This time I sat at the bar and had 2 servers: Rosa very nice and another one (blonde) who was having a very bad hair day fighting with one of the managers. She did show how unhappy she was, with long face, and talking out loud to her co-workers how unfair the bald manager was, bla, bla, bla, not a single smile all the time. I wish my tip goes all to Rosa. The blonde should find another job away from customers.

SUPERB. Just went over there for dinner, I have been driving past it home from work for over a year now so I decided I better finally go check it out, with my wife. The inside is very impressive, and nice. The server recommended the Spicy Shrimp And Eggplant to start so I said, sure why not. It was so good I ordered a SECOND ONE, very nice. Then my wife had the Shrimp and Lobster Fettucini, and I ate the Lamb Chops. They brought by a dessert tray, but there was no way I could fit a dessert after all that food, so I just had a nice espresso, and the waiter brought it with a lemon twist, I had never tried that before but he said that people like it in their espresso and that it smooths out the flavor. It was pretty good and the service was very good and everyone was very professional and friendly.

S L O W. On our way to Gulfstream racetrack we stopped in for a late lunch. We arrived to find the patio was full so we decided to wait for a table and were given a buzzer to alert us when one became available. (we were the only ones on the wait list and the inside was only 40% full if that) As we were sitting in the outdoor waiting area we had full view of the patio and noticed several tables leaving. Then the tables were cleared and still we sat waiting…and waiting. Finally I approached the hostess to ask her if we were able to be seated yet as tables were available. I was informed no tables were ready yet and sent back out to wait. We watched the empty tables for another 10 minutes and decided we would just leave as this place did not seem interested in seating us. Just as we were about to hand in our buzzer we were called to be seated !We were shown our coveted patio table and seated. Our waiter came fairly quickly taking our water and soft drink orders. We ordered 3 appetizers to share: Spicy Shrimp & Eggplant, Beef Carpaccio and Chicken Calbrese Flat-bread. Food came fairly quickly and was served on ginormous platters like family style Italian. While the sizes were impressive as well as the presentation the food fell a little short. The Beef Carpaccio meat was bland but drizzled with aoili that was too heavy/ greasy for the dish. The flat-bread was a little dry could have used more onion marmalade and cheese. The shrimp & eggplant dish was nicely done we thought and original but the eggplant was deep-fried.It took a while for our table to get cleared and we stated we wanted to order a couple more appetizers. After a while our waiter came back and we ordered two more dishes. After yet another long while our waiter returned and informed us that it was shift change in the kitchen and the dishes we ordered had been over-cooked…at that point we just cancelled the order as we were ready to head to the track. The good thing to come out of it was that our waiter had the manager authorize a 25% discount to our bill for the inconvenience.I did enjoy the complimentary sourdough bread with butter and seasoned flat crisps served before our appetizers. Just wish the attentiveness of the staff could have been picked up a few notches as well as some of the food flavours.

Lunch Time Fav. Love it! Have had wonderful food, drinks and service EVERY time, and i am there about once a week. Love Chicken Limone. Love the Sangria. The house wine of the day is generally a good choice. Not a big fan of the Italian Wedding soup, watery and had 2 mini-meatballs. But love every salad on the menu

NOT GOOD. Thhe setting is beautiful, the food smelled good so I thought we were ok.My child had a kids lasagna which I didn’t dare try(hade meat) and a creamy white sauce? ewe. Then my chicken milanese comes and it tastes raw(lghting so dim I could not really see) used my phone to check it out and looked cooked but the texture is that of a fake chicken patty (not worth the $18.50) The herbed spaghetti was not good and the pomodoro sauce not flavorful, the mozzerella which is suppose to be fresh is a poor quality cheese and may be the reason the chicken didn’t taste good even the breading of the chicken had no flavor. This place is worse than Olive Garden(I am sorry they always have a long wait at OG) I could have had a good meal. The waitor tried to be nice and gave me afree dessert(worth $2.50) not exactly compensation for a terrible $18.50 dish and the dessert was cute and petite but was also not good(I only ate the whipped cream)The clientele was mostly 70+ so perhaps their weakened tastes buds and taste for bland food led them in packs to this place.don’t waste your time at Brio Tuscan Grille!
