A total train wreck. It took almost 45 minutes to receive our food after we ordered. Much of the food came to the table cold. There is a complete lack of service and leadership at this restaurant. The mood and energy of the wait staff is that they could care less. Never a manager or supervisor present. The food was always very good, which kept my family returning a couples times every year, hoping for a good experience. Apparently there is always a different person cooking each time we come, because nothing is consistent. Portions, presentation, taste, and temperature are always different. Today the waitress did not even come back to pick up the empty plates until 15 minutes after we finished, and only after I went to the register and asked someone to send her to the table. Overall it took 2 hours from the time we sat down till the time we left to get a simple meal for 5 people. They definitely made sure to charge us for everything though, even the cold food.This place is a gold mine. They treat all the patrons like cattle. Shuffling them in and out with the worst service. I would have to say it is the worst service i have ever had in my life at a restaurant. The bathrooms are in disorder, flatware is cheap and totally worn out,Stay away from this place. It is the sorriest excuse for a restaurant i have ever encountered.A restaurant should provide good food and service to EARN their money. This place takes advantage of unsuspecting customers.The worst part is the feeling that the staff knows they give a bad experience to so many customers, and they seem fine with it. Like it is the status quo for them. The best thing that could ever happen would be if the place got sold to a new owner, then fire everyone, and bring in a new staff under real leadership to create a restaurant that would actually operate like a restaurant.
