  I ordered food for my wedding that was on 12/23/16 and the catering service that I received was horrific. The food when heated up is good, but I don’t recommend catering at all. I have left several messages and emails for the owner Vilma. Please see below email that I sent and no response whatsoever….Good morning Vilma,I chose Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine to cater one of themost important days of my life because I love the food and admire the service when I frequent your restaurant. However, I am disappointed by the service that I received on our wedding day. Here are a list of things that I noticed and also my family as well as my friends:1. They were an hour late.2. The food served to my guests were cold3. Some tables didn’t get served until 7pm.4. Some of my guests were asking the servers if they wanted any help to serve the food- not good5. A guest came late and I asked one of the servers to prepare a plate for them, and he wanted to hand me the food-Norma stopped him from doing so.6. The kitchen was left very dirty. We all stayed to clean up.7. Even though they came late, they wanted to leave at 8pm and did so.8. I paid $240 for salad, and we never received any; even though my sister saw the pans marked for salad.9. I never ordered beans and it was served.10. All the kids were told they can only get chicken nuggets and fries; when all my guest had specific orders.Keep in mind, I scheduled to meet with someone on your staff on Wednesday prior to the wedding day to go over everything at the venue, so that she knew exactly how to run the kitchen and how things should flow. I called her in the morning and she advised that her daughter was sick and said she would call me later, however, she didn’t. I tried to contact her later that day before the venue closed and she never responded.I have tried to call and contact you, with no response. Please can you give me a call at
