Consistently Great Food! Having eaten at many good restaurants and being surrounded by great home cooks, I am not easily impressed by a restaurant. Latin Fusion is one that has consistently served excellent Peruvian food. The flavors and presentation are spot on! I keep finding myself going back there, even tough I live a good half hour away. I liked all of the chicken dishes, so I decided to try the red snapper. Needless to say, it was excellent. We are always served by Ernesto. I think he owns the restaurant with his wife, who does the cooking. They are a great team!
